  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles within the enterprise consulting industry.

  • Extensive experience in selling complex, high-value solutions to large enterprises, preferably in the areas of enterprise architecture, business process optimization, or digital transformation.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, business strategy, and technology solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

  • Global mindset and cultural sensitivity, with experience working in international markets and managing remote teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
