We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Developer for EA Solutions to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for our Enterprise Architect solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, coupled with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development within the technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for our Enterprise Architect solutions.

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our Enterprise Architect solutions to key decision-makers.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell opportunities and promote customer retention.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales forecasts.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Continuously assess and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics, market feedback, and industry best practices.
